The chatbot will send “buttons” (Quick Replies) to help navigate your content. Quick replies are a useful way to propose choices to the end user in the chatbot. It is displayed in a simple manner: buttons that can be clicked to trigger an Action.
The chatbot will propose two options :
- Leave a message with customer support, which triggers the next step : “Leave a message”
- Explore the features (create the step : “Explore features”)
Platform-specific capability (channels integration)
The “Quick Replies” action is only available for Facebook Messenger and for the Clustaar Webchat. Facebook Messenger has set the size limitation to 20 characters per button.
