“Send Email” Action

Your Chatbot Will Send an Email.

Imagine your chatbot is having a conversation with a prospective customer, and you want to send the transcript of the conversation by email to your sales team.

If this scenario sounds like something that will make your sales process more efficient, then this is the feature you need!


For the below demo, the chatbot will ask the user his name and email address. The chatbot will then send an email to the support team.

In this example, we will use session values ({{@session.name}} and {{@session.email}}
